After being sick for a couple days, I decided to put on a cute new outfit and see what I'd missed at the neighborhood stores I usually hit up once a week. It took me a while to figure out what I was going to wear with this tutu dress that wouldn't make me look like a grown toddler, but eventually I found that subtle and neutral items would highlight the skirt without adding extra pizazz.
